What Is the Global Talent Program?
The Global Talent Program (now operating under the National Innovation Visa framework) is a fast-track permanent residency pathway designed to attract the world's most exceptional talent to Australia. Unlike other skilled visa pathways, the GTI/NIV program does not require a skills assessment, a points test, or an employer sponsor. Instead, you must demonstrate that you are internationally recognised as outstanding in your field.

The program focuses on individuals working in sectors considered critical to Australia's future economy:
AgriFood and AgTech
Energy (including renewable energy)
